According to the relevant theories of global cities and financialization，the central business districts in global cities bear the core functions of global cities，such as the City of London and Wall Street in New York. The other parties of the global cities are the areas serving the CBD，such as manufacturing area，science and technology city，etc. Therefore，it is particularly important to analyze the development of CBD and optimize its business environment. As a central business district developed in the context of urban renewal，the Central Business District （Canary Wharf） in the UK has developed rapidly in just 30 years and has become an important part of the world’s financial system. Through the analysis of the software and hardware of Canary Wharf，the central business district of London，and the development and optimization of business environment at all levels，this paper tries to provide reference for the development of the central business district in China today.
