Abstract

The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is an important development strategy personally deployed by General Secretary Xi Jinping and undertakes the important mission of building a world-class Bay area. The coordinated development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to the nation and the world has an important meaning，under the push of the central and local government，will build Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into a more dynamic economic zone，livable appropriate high-quality life circle and the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao swim deep cooperation demonstration zone，into the international first-class bay area and a world-class city. The development process of Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao is characterized by distinct heterogeneity，and the development level among cities in the Pearl River Delta region is also quite different. Therefore，in order to build Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao into a world-class city cluster with a high degree of integration，it is necessary to overcome the hard and soft trade barriers between the three regions and promote the coordinated development of science and technology and economy. Therefore，it is of certain practical significance to explore the coordinated development and change of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Therefore，the main purpose of this book is to analyze how the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can promote industrial chain security，facilitate the flow of data elements，strengthen the introduction of talents，and promote the cooperation and development of Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao to build an influential international science and technology innovation center.The research report is divided into six topics. Firstly，it analyzes the industrial chain security situation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Secondly，from the perspectives of digital factor flow，digital economy development，data security rule，the mechanism of digital economy and technological development on the coordinated development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is analyzed. Thirdly，from the perspective of science and technology infrastructure，integrated circuit，airport economy and automobile industry “New four modernizations”，this report analyzes the current situation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s collaborative development. Fourthly，from the perspectives of overseas talent work situation，talent development platform construction and youth entrepreneurship of Guangdong，the mechanism of human resources on the collaborative development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is analyzed. Fifthly，it analyzes the collaborative development mechanism of the Greater Bay Area from the perspectives of Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation and Guangdong-Macao cooperation. Finally，the influence of Guangdong business high quality development on the Greater Bay Area is analyzed. It is found that although the industrial chain of the Greater Bay Area is relatively complete，it still has some characteristics such as high degree of external dependence and weak brand advantages. The development of digital economy is of great significance to the collaborative development of the Greater Bay Area. At the same time，talent and collaboration are important means for the Greater Bay Area to achieve coordinated development and build a global scientific and technological innovation highland and an important source of emerging industries.
